Her desire to make pastries led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where she developed skills in making chocolates, cakes, candies, viennoiserie, and breads. In 2007, she graduated with an Associate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and then was fortunate enough to learn in the NYC kitchens of Cafe Gray, P*ong Dessert Bar,\u00a0and at the bakery of L&#8217;Atelier de Joel Robuchon of the Four Seasons Hotel.
