We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Making A Purchase
An order is not binding upon Kondiiter.ee until it is accepted. Kondiiter.ee must receive payment before it will accept an order, deliver the products or services or allow pick up of the products. While it is our practice to confirm any and all orders by email, the receipt of an order confirmation by email does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell any product or service. If for any reason you do not provide us with the required payment or if you input an incorrect or invalid order online, you will be solely responsible for any costs incurred in fulfilling the order as well as any incidental or consequential damages that may arise.
Return Policy
All products and services ordered on this website are perishable and/or specially made to order and are subject to refund in our sole discretion. Please choose and order the products and services carefully. If you have any problems or issues regarding our catered, take out or delivered products or services, please contact us within 24 hours upon your receipt of the products or completion of the service for an exchange, credit or refund. Any such exchange, credit or refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.
Discounts
Volume discounts are given from orders starting at 500€+KM. Volume discounts must be paid in full 21 days before the date of delivery.
Wholesale prices
We offer wholesale prices and for cafes and free delivery for cafes that order a minimum volume per week.

All VÄIKE AHI OÜ e-store visits and purchases in the course of receiving the customer’s personal data will be treated as confidential information. Encrypted data channel (SSL) is used to ensure that the banks make use of personal data and bank details secure. Also VÄIKE AHI OÜ lacks access to them.
