Dubai raspberry cake

This is our new crispy kataifi-pistachio layered raspberry cheesecake, topped with silky cream cheese frosting, freeze-dried berry crumble and chocolate glaze decorations. The cake is inspired by the famous social media “Dubai chocolate.”  Choose from options 1kg for 6 people and 2kg for 12 people.
