Gingerbread dough (500g)


Ingredients:  Sugar, flour, butter, cardamom, clove, oranges, lemons, ginger, sour cream, baking soda, salt, citric acid.

Gingerbread -our most-loved Christmas item is made from scratch with traditional gingerbread spices and enhanced with a heapful of fresh citrus zest from oranges and lemons.  Client favorite.  Keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.  Simply roll flat.  Cut out shapes. Then bake in the oven at 175Celsius for 7-12 minutes or until fully baked.
