red velvet

Gorgeous bright red layer cake covered with vanilla buttercream in a beautiful rose pattern.  Vanilla buttercream or cream cheese frosting variation is available.  Please choose the type of frosting when making the order.  We like to put raspberries in our red velvet cake.  However, if you like the more traditional American version without raspberries, please choose “without berries.”

Ingredients: sugar, egg, wheat flour, kefir, butter, red food color (glycerol 422, colors E129*, lecithin 322)  , cocoa, white wine vinegar, baking soda, vanilla extract.  *May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.  Optional:  with raspberries or without raspberries
