Vastlapäev 2017

This year Shrove Tuesday or Vastlapäev is on 28 February.

Except for the traditional marzipan one, we change our flavors every year.  This time they are pistachio cream with bits of strawberry, cranberry compote with diplomat cream, traditional marzipan with whipped cream, and chocolate mousse with crisp pearls.  We only use real heavy cream (vahukoor) and butter, never margarine.

These are available in our shop at Välja 20 starting on the 1st of February for 2€ each.  Large volume discounts are given for orders starting at 100 buns.
