Christmas pound cake

This Christmas pound cake is made with our special gingerbread flavoring, stone fruits, nuts, and chocolate. It is topped with orange icing and pomegranate seeds. Winner of the Tallinn Food Festival 2014, 2105, 2016,2017 and 2018 pound cake category.

Ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, egg, almond flour, gingerbread spice, baking powder, soda, salt, vanilla extract, (kohupiim) curd, hazelnut, dried apricot, dried plum, chocolate chips, cranberries, icing sugar, citric acid, orange juice, orange zest, pomegranate.
